to raise Ed Milibands and Gabby Logans porta cabin education.Are they bragging or compliining?

It must be that I am older than Gabby and Ed. Porta cabins did not feature in my schooling. Was it about cabins being brought in as extra classroom. I dont think you could have a porta cabin school I dont think Gabby and Ed would get on. Did you have a porta cabin education?

You criticise us for our intelligence. The majority of us have degrees and or a professional career under our belts. It just so happens that we're parents. You can go to other parenting sites where the average IQ is 9, and that is merely because they cannot count in double figures. If you'd like to visit one of these websites, I have put the link here for you. They talk about absolutely nothing, but they do so in their limited vocabulary and refer to each other as "babe" or "hun". Something that grown up women find patronising, but no doubt you shall enjoy.

I really do despair, some posters on here are SO far up their own backsides. If you took the time to read my postings properly I use my terms generically and nowhere do I say or imply that all posters on here are thick. Unfortunately you may be correct in that I find building site language uncomfortable on what I assumed was a responsible site. Perhaps it is not for me to leave this site but others, the tabloids would love to see how so called responsible mothers behave. Sorry but I will not be victimised by what I hope is a vociferous minority.

We are in the press all the time. However, I don't read the Tabloids so I can't be sure we feature...I doubt it as Tabloids are made up pictures and not words.

I was taught in porta cabins in primary and secondary school. I was born in 1976. In primary school when it was really cold outside we could see our breath in the hut when we first went in, and sit in our coats for at least the first hour while the heater warmed up.

ah, the old 'hut's. Had them at primary and secondary. Unfortunately they started to dwindle - would come into school on a Monday to find another had gone up in smoke (had a bit of an arson problem - not me of course). Oh happy days.
