We live in a small market town, so hardly New York (not that that makes a difference in the judgement to me) and on the way home today we walked past a woman putting a chihuahua in her car which had on something similar to <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.dogsupplies.cz.cc/products/280x380/106_4.jpg&imgrefurl=www.dogsupplies.cz.cc/__product.asp%3FP_ID%3D106%26ZoomImage%3D5&usg=__BMciXUZLHwhhT2bHmU_LCfWn47g=&h=380&w=280&sz=14&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=UZrH3gFTdV7jSM:&tbnh=125&tbnw=101&ei=nE7VTb-GDoTZtAbpg-2bDA&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dchiwawa%2Bdress%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26biw%3D1146%26bih%3D667%26tbm%3Disch&um=1&itbs=1&iact=rc&dur=400&sqi=2&page=1&ndsp=28&ved=1t:429,r:4,s:0&tx=62&ty=88" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">this.
The woman kept looking over at us, I thought possibly because she expected 10 YO DD1 to 'ahhhh isn't it cute' the dog, but as we've seen dogs dressed up on telly and talked about while it might be harmless, some people see it as a bit demeaning for the dog, and totally different to putting a warm coat on a dog like a greyhound that might need it, so DD1 was desperately trying to suppress her
face at actually seeing a dog in a dress in the flesh.
So would you say dressing up dogs in hoodys, hats, sunglasses and the like on a daily basis, is just a bit of harmless fun and the dog hasn't got a clue anyway?
Or is it freaky as fuck and the owners should be put in the pillory?
