Thats a bit sad. You need to get more training in

jordannarikki · 18/05/2011 20:24

That's just wrong.

Why can't you drink it at once?

bibbitybobbityhat · 18/05/2011 20:24

Yanbu.

(although two bottles is actually over Govt guidelines, I personally feel that this amount will do you no harm at all).

AgentZigzag · 18/05/2011 20:25

A week?

If it was a day I'd be umming and ahhing over whether that might be a bit much, but if it's a week I don't think YBU.

Grin at Rita.

pointythings · 18/05/2011 20:25

Ooh, that's a whole 13.5 units. Or 18 if you have 2. The limit for women is 21, so you're clearly not drinking enough.

squeakytoy · 18/05/2011 20:25

I dont think you are in George Best territory yet.... Grin

I thought the limit for women was 14...

Whats that 5 large glasses?

microfight · 18/05/2011 20:27

Is this a wind up ?

Guitargirl · 18/05/2011 20:27

Has somebody told you it's too much? Of course YANBU

pollypopsocks · 18/05/2011 20:28

I worked out a bottle and a half is about the limit a week for women but they say over a glass a day increases your risk of breast cancer by 50%, I was a bit [shocked] by this....

wellamI1981 · 18/05/2011 20:29

Yabu: you need to drink more.

nightowlmostly · 18/05/2011 20:29

If I could stick to that I'd be really proud of myself.

wigglesrock · 18/05/2011 20:30

I thought you meant in one night.

winnybella · 18/05/2011 20:32

It's good for your heart, though.

It's about, what, a bit over 2 small glasses a day? Doesn't seem much tbh, I think I drink about that and I don't feel hangovered/tired next day- doesn't feel to me like I'm abusing my body Hmm

pollypopsocks · 18/05/2011 20:36

I don't think I'm BU, it's kind of sanity verses health for me. I wondered how much other people drink so I could gauge my own drinking

Wine is made out of grapes (really?) so that counts towards your 5 a day Grin

manicbmc · 18/05/2011 20:47

What Hugh said Grin

I used to drink loads and now only have 2 bottles a week. Perfectly reasonable.

Guitargirl · 18/05/2011 20:57

I used to easily drink a bottle a night. Almost every night. I cut down a while ago as I found it wasn't helping my mood. Short-term feelings of relaxation but I was getting more and more irritable in general and it's only now that I have cut down that I am waking up in the morning and realising that I used to be slightly hungover every morning Blush.
