I'm in Norfolk and we haven't had a deluge . Just enough precipitation to accurately say "It's raining" for about 20 min. yesterday. DH even cycled today to Splash (35miles roundtrip), and didn't get wet once.

We had a very very light shower between 11 and 1pm,hardly enough to wet the ground.I will be watering my veggies with bathwater tonight.I'm planning to do some weedkilling for a customer tomorrow,hopefully that will bring some rain in.
