To wonder why mums out in pairs with pushchairs don't move out of the way for oncoming pedestrians?

If I'm out and about walking in the street, walking towards me, occasionally I encounter a pair of mums with pushchairs walking side by side. I find that more often than not these mums won't move willingly to allow me to pass. I have no desire to walk on the road to get past them. I'm sure if these mums didn't have pushchairs and were out walking, one of them would naturally move in a bit - so, rather like roadrage, what is it with owning the pavement? Are these particular pushchair owners thinking they're still behind the wheel of their X5 or M-Class?

I should add that aside from the double I also have two toddlers walking with me too.

2 buggies gossiping is a no no - so rude and mainly irritating!

1 buggy having to move for a lovey dovey can't stop holding hands couple is rude too, buggy might be moveable but its a frigging hassle when all you have to do is move slightly lovies

having fucking teenagers walk in front of you at speed so you have to come to an abrupt halt flinging baby everywhere just because they can't be arsed to look at where they are walking

cyclists in packs on narrow roads

cyclists singularly on narrow roads who won't slow down/ speed up/ move out of the middle of the road, insist you drive into a ditch and then have the nerve to swear at you

people who expect you not to run over their dog because they don't have it on a lead and let it run into the middle of the road.

need I go on? Grin

Cyclists on the road - last summer, for about 6 weeks, every Thursday evening, packs and packs of cyclists hogged the inside lane of the A3 - for about 6 miles. And that made the A3 effectively 1 lane...these lycra louts seem to think they own the road and wonder why motorists don't like them...tits, the lot of 'em

Prams - no, but cyclists in packs I do have an issue with! Hmm

Anyone that blocks the pavement is a moron in my eyes. My dad is blind and uses a white stick. The amount of times he has almost tripped over people/buggies/bikes etc because they are too inconsiderate to move Angry

NOW THAT MAKES MY FECKING BLOOD BOIL

YouaretooniceNOT, thanks. To be honest my dad has a bit of a wicked streak and is not averse to swinging his stick quite sharply against someone's ankles if they don't take the hint the first time Grin
