Goodynuff · 04/04/2011 20:34

Skinit · 04/04/2011 20:34

1 point for writing a convincing OP and 1 point for trying to pull us all back in with the OMG bit....just for effort.

Sidge · 04/04/2011 20:35

I'm no perfect media mother by a long mile but I don't feed my kids shite every day.

I'd rather they didn't get scurvy and rickets to be honest.

why are you talking like that? your first post was all written properly and now you can't spell all of a sudden??

think of something else and try again later.

XSAPPHIREX · 04/04/2011 20:39

what have i not spelt properly? sorry, im not the best typer, might be typoes

OP posts:
Goodynuff · 04/04/2011 20:40

XSAPPHIREX
a simple test, and you needn't tell anyone the results.
On a piece of paper, write down everything your kids have eaten in the past 2 days. Then count how many servings of fruits or vegetables there were. If the answer is less than 6, you know you need to make some adjustments Smile

XSAPPHIREX · 04/04/2011 20:41

do things like fruit in yoghurt count

OP posts:
LaurieFairyCake · 04/04/2011 20:41

Er...... No you're not, you are 'pretending'

We know this because your post starting 'omg' is spelled correctly with reasonable grammar, the rest are dreadful.

This likely means you are 'not being real'

Added to which, this is mumsnet- a very cursory sweep of it would show that most people offer a balanced diet. Indeed all 'media' has been covered in this for years so unless you've been under a bridge ;)
You would know this.

XSAPPHIREX · 04/04/2011 20:43

i'm not pretending. but whatever.

ginmakesitallok · 04/04/2011 20:43

maypole1 · 04/04/2011 20:43

God this lady cannot be helped I think she maybe a troll

thisisyesterday · 04/04/2011 20:44

i don't often shout troll.

but TROLL!

and if you aren't then I really think you should be ashamed of what you're feeding your children.

XSAPPHIREX · 04/04/2011 20:46

i have came on the internet for help and found this website but none of you have helped me. you should be ashamed of yourselfs for being so rude!!!

OP posts:
thisisyesterday · 04/04/2011 20:47

you haven't come on for help, you've come to moan about someone being rude to you!

sadly, we happen to agree with her

XSAPPHIREX · 04/04/2011 20:48

ok.

so what would you suggest is better, but still cheap

fish and brocalli or something lol?

OP posts:
ginmakesitallok · 04/04/2011 20:49

OK then some help - no, of course you shouldn't feed your kids shite every day. No - fruit in yoghurt doesn't count. No, feeding my kids the odd vegetable or piece of fruit doesn't mean I've been hoodwinked by someone. Hope this helps

ginmakesitallok · 04/04/2011 20:49

and yes - fish and brocolli would be better

BlooferLady · 04/04/2011 20:49

whilst I am prepared to believe that either dyslexia or unhappy educational experiences might lead someone to spell 'thort' as 'thought, I cannot believe the same person would spell 'negatively' and 'unacceptable' correctly. Consider yourself issued with the Dunce Cap.

As to not being helped - your children need more fresh fruit and veg. HTH.

storminabuttercup · 04/04/2011 20:51

so you stumbled accross mumsnet by chance did you?
