to fill out the census against DH's will?

I sat down to do the census - filled out the family sections, then me, then I asked DH and he is refusing to answer the questions becasue he "doesn't see how what colour/job/nationality he is is relevant to any one"

Gah. He's been to the pub, so shall we just take it as read that he is being an arse and fill it out for him? Or should I just pretend he doesn't exist? (which seems a bit sad - we are busy fighting the cuts here, and he can't even be arsed to stand up and be counted)

PMSL at olderandwider... boythinking, skewered exactly.

I put DH down as Christian (possibly against his wishes... I didn't ask about that one). He wants DCs christened? That makes him a Christian. No arguments.

Does he know that the fine for not completing the form is up to £1000??
