I really do. I could bitch about him the whole day and never tire.
I actually hate him.

OP posts:
woollyideas · 11/02/2011 23:25

He is a pustular boil on the buttock of this once great nation
[goes off whistling Rule Britannia]

pascoe28 · 11/02/2011 23:26

Brubberduckies - no mention of benefits there, old chum. I was using an analogy of someone 'borrowing' money from friends and family instead of cutting their household expenditure.

FWIW, I don't object to the benefits system - just those aspects of it that force us all to confront moral hazards...i.e. paying people more to live apart when children actually need both parents together for the family to be a strong unit...or paying child benefit to people that don't need it (me, for example).

harpsichordcarrier · 11/02/2011 23:26

pascoe - you said that georgeorwell (IRONY) probably relied on handouts:

georgeorwell - sorry to interrupt your little leftie wank-fest...if you object to the cuts programme I shudder to think of how your household finances get sorted out when you get into debt,

Oh hang on, you probably just rely on handouts from others, don't you?

What exactly did you mean by this (snidey, unpleasant_ comment, if you weren't accusing george of being on benefits to live?

harpsichordcarrier · 11/02/2011 23:27

ANALOGY ???
hahahahahahaha
you ARE funny...

pascoe28 · 11/02/2011 23:27

harpsichordcarrier - our posts crossed...I have explained above.

adamschic · 11/02/2011 23:27

Cleggs on the news now I hate him with a vengance and will never vote lib dem again unless they bring these tossers down.

I really don't see why Cameron wants to be in power, he doesn't need the money, hasn't a clue how to run a country and I look in his eyes and can see that he is thinking, 'hey that was fun' but I want out. Is that just me?

Maybe if he really understood that this isn't a joke anymore he might stand down i.e (Won't spell it out I might get arrested).

usualsuspect · 11/02/2011 23:28

In power? not for long I hope ..don't think the people will tolerate it for much longer

power to the people I say

GORGEOUSX · 11/02/2011 23:28

Pascoe28 How lovely - a fellow Tory! Nice to know MN is not full of Lefties. Grin.
Yes, isn't David Cameron just wonderful....Thank goodness we've got a Prime Minister who's working for the good of the country and not for the good of his bank account. Grin

georgeorwell · 11/02/2011 23:29

yip patronising isnt he? sorry to interrupt YOUR wank fest over sam cam...u won't find her on here

claig · 11/02/2011 23:30

'I really don't see why Cameron wants to be in power, he doesn't need the money'

duty and love of country

pascoe28 · 11/02/2011 23:30

usualsuspect - bless...democracy's okay for you so long as it gives you the results you like, eh?

Well, once the constituency boundaries have been re-drawn to correct the inherent pro-Labour bias (more votes needed to return a Tpry MP than a Labour one) and the number of MPs reduced by 10%, you may have to face many more years yet of us Tories in charge!! Grin

adamschic · 11/02/2011 23:31

Claig, rubbish, he is already resembling a rabbit caught in the headlights and this will continue.

georgeorwell · 11/02/2011 23:32

pascoe it is ALWAYS constuctive to express distaste of noxious power figures...they lord it over us so to rebel even by simply expressing revulsion is v constructive. learn a bit about psychology hmm?

GORGEOUSX · 11/02/2011 23:33

claig You've done it again - spot on! David Cameron has been in politics all his life and views it as 'serving his country'.

As someone just pointed out, he doesn't need the money - what better person to govern for the good of the nation. Smile

pascoe28 · 11/02/2011 23:34

georgeorwell - I know what you mean...but find it all rather one-way on MN. Did TB and GB come in for this abuse?

Isn't it somewhat childish? Where are the people genuinely examining the issues and proposing ideas instead of abusing those that disagree with them?

claig · 11/02/2011 23:37

'You've done it again - spot on'
I do have a habit of that Wink

Pascoe, I will repost my earlier post, as although I have strong feelings I would rather hear logical/well thought through arguments than have a bun fight.

Pascoe - Typical lefties - always wanting someone else to pick up the tab.

Actually, I do think society should be about everyone picking up the tab, including me. I think taking societal responsibility is better than individual responsibility (although the two are not mutually exclusive and individual responsibility is obviously necessary also). However, a society where everyone is looking after each other is always going to be better than one where everyone looks after themselves. Higher taxes, better public services. Scrap private schools and low taxes for corporations.

adamschic · 11/02/2011 23:41

I was pointing out that he was incompetent so why bother. It's only for power not for the good of our country. He is out of his depth and hasn't a clue. Is going to mess our childrens future up.

I am a voter and the majority of people didn't vote him in. The elected government are meant to serve our wishes. Don't you know that?

usualsuspect · 11/02/2011 23:43

I disagree with the Torie way ..ain't nothing ever going to convince me otherwise

GORGEOUSX · 11/02/2011 23:43

Beatrix He's married with children and lost a beloved child who was severely disabled - it doesn't get much more real than that.

hockeyforjockeys · 11/02/2011 23:46

Could I just ask those who are pro Cameron to explain to me how the Conservatives are planning to address the huge social inequalities we have in this country? Surely for somebody who is patriotic and wanting to serve there country this would be key, so that all British subjects have a brighter future.

hockeyforjockeys · 11/02/2011 23:46

their
