not meaning to offend anyone but genuinely interested in how others feel

No Jerusalem is perfect. beautiful, uplifting and aspires to attain the perfect society. Ideal IMO.

I have a hideous memory of attending a church service at Crathie - Queen was there- and there was an awkward moment when the congregation had to sing the 6th verse of the National anthem.
Many did not sing and my father sat down.
It is shockingly racist yet it is in every hymn book.

I think there should be a new Anthem which is more relevant to modern times - one for the entire UK and one for each of the countries. It makes things neat for the rugby.

I like Jerusalem because I like Blake a mystic, a visionary and not very establishment
