Petrol prices.
Smokers in car with their kids in the back.
Money for school trips for this or that.

I have a long list but wanted to hear yours.

I am reading a daft book in which the male character has been sent on a compulsory anger-management course and apparently switching ISP providers, the French, cyclists and people with no visible disabilities using the special parking places are on his angry list.

Politicians / decision-makers who have never had to actually live on an average salary make my blood boil. In my world they shouldn't be allowed to hold office.

wilkos · 01/02/2011 19:36

bullying definitely
dh leaving lights on everywhere and then complaining about how much the bills are as if I am wholly responsible

Hullygully · 01/02/2011 19:37

I don't mind a bit of torture

TheVisitor · 01/02/2011 19:37

Spitting
Dog owners who don't clear up after themselves.
Rudeness.
Lazy spelling.
Nits.
Thieving.
David Cameron.
Nick Clegg.
Keith Lemon.
Envirophone adverts (that bloke is VILE to look at).
Mushrooms. I mean, why would I want to eat fungus?
People who refuse to walk their children 100 yards to school.
People who ignore zigzags etc outside school.

I could go on for a while! Grin

AgentZigzag · 01/02/2011 19:37

You didn't think I meant...Grin

Changing2011 · 01/02/2011 19:41

people who dont know what portion control is and then bitch about their weight.
(or SIL).

People who are lazy.
People who dont pick up dog poo.
People who think everyone needs to give a shit about their "needs" while not giving a shit about anyone elses.
People who overshare on Facebook.
People who drop "loaded" comments as a way of informing people about their next big wedding/impending birth/big purchase. Just come out and say it FFS!
Fuel prices.
Constant building oh shite housing developments which all look the same.
"Celeb" worship.

Hullygully · 01/02/2011 19:41

Lying on barren ground with my face covered in flies and my belly swollen with Kwashiokor while people get cross about rudeness and spitting.

JamieLeeCurtis · 01/02/2011 19:43

< put in her place >

< vows to not mention hangers again, even though she was going to mention wire coat hangers >

Maisiethemorningsidecat · 01/02/2011 19:44

A lot of driving ones for some reason -

People who tailgate (if you don't like the speed limit, complain to the authorities, don't sit up my arse)

People who drive too fast and overtake when it's not safe (wow, you can see round corners?)

Drivers who do a steady 45 through villages with a 30 limit and open roads with a 60 or 70

People who have no idea whatsoever how roundabouts work. None. They are a huge mystery.

4x4 drivers generally, unless they are driving across a muddy field to feed their cattle (had to get that one in!)

And lots of other things...I'll stop there though otherwise my blood pressure will rise

Changing2011 · 01/02/2011 19:44

DP dumping dirty dishes in the sink right next to the EMPTY dishwasher.

Hullygully · 01/02/2011 19:45

Yep, them fingernails sure is irritating

JamieLeeCurtis · 01/02/2011 19:45

Wire coat hangers

Ageism

Teachermumof3 · 01/02/2011 19:46

People who say 'could of' and 'should of'.

People who can't use apostrophes correctly.

People who spit in the street.

People who say 'haitch'.

People who always have an excuse (a feeble one) for why they haven't done something; 'Of course, I would have done it myself, but my finger nail broke/my earring fell out/I had a cough, so couldn't'.

People who say 'I'm not being funny, but..' and then say something extremely derogatory.

People who are walking in front of me and then just suddenly stop for a chat in the middle of the pavement so nobody can get past them.

The two girls who stood in front of me in a shop queue this morning telling each other very loudly the amount of benefits they now each received. They both had iphones, packets of cigarettes and armfuls of booze.

That will do as a preliminary list.

wilkos · 01/02/2011 19:46

oh yes definitely people with 500 plus "friends" on facebook, I always feel rather sorry for them.

"wise up suckers. they are NOT your friends."

JamieLeeCurtis · 01/02/2011 19:47

I admit my blood is not actually on a rolling boil for some of these, sometimes just simmering

dementedma · 01/02/2011 19:49

people who sniff
noisy eaters
slow drivers and tailgaters
people who block the aisles dithering
people who can't use apostrophes
my neighbours and their constant fucking whinging
DH farting all the time
Chery Cole
parents who don't control badly behaved brats

NoWayNoHow · 01/02/2011 19:50

General impoliteness (e.g. not saying thank you when you pull your car over to let them past/hold a door open)

Incessantly pessimistic people - people, for example, who will only ever post a FB status when something bad happens, but never when something good happens

Any parents who thinks it's remotely acceptable to smoke within a postcode of their child.

aPixie · 01/02/2011 19:51

I probably shouldn't ask this here but WTF is 'Haitch'?
