I do it, I do it! I thought everyone did it! It makes me so cross when you get your tights halfway down your thighs... Oooh that's a day-ruiner that is. An extra pair of knickers over the top keeps everything safe.

Once absent-mindedly put my pants back on over my swimsuit (perhaps I didn't want to forget them, changed at home) and wandered out into the pool area like that.

I have not read all of this thread, I read up to the link to the other thread and got part way down, and I can't stop laughing at the posts, I am also in shock that people wear bear tights and just the one pair of pants on the outside, far worse than two pairs imho, I feel quite ill at the though of not washing them and wearing them till they break!

Slightly off topic but i've always wondered, when you wear stockings and suspenders, which obviously we all do all the time, do you put the knickers over or under the suspender thingys?

Girls at shool did this. Like the previous poster - I would get thrush just thinking about it.. Don't usually wear tights - prefer hold-ups, knelt to my knees an praised the lord in sainsbos the other day when I saw opaque hold-ups, which I have been missing all these years...now my life is complete...

My dd accused me of keeping Important Feminine Secrets from her when I told her about the extra knickers to hold your tights up. She was seriously outraged. "You let me get to 15 without telling me!!!!!!!"

I am 6ft 1, and never do this.

I do do a very silly dance in the loos though, hoisting up the gusset and kicking my legs around like a karate queen so the gusset is where it should be

I never do this. And yes, I always buy quite big ones, I just hate that feeling of the crotch creeping down your legs. I'm size 12 and 5'7", which is generally listed as medium, but I usually go for large size - what do larger people wear I wonder?

My dd2 does this, but she is only 3. It's only way she can pull her tights so she can do by HERSELF .

I do on cold days if my tights won't stay up! They rock. I wouldn't go on the pull clad like that but hey each to their own!
