... because in every status update she makes some smug comment about her wonderful 'hubby'.

Issues I have with this:

  1. The word 'hubby' makes me retch.
  2. He is horrible to her a lot of the time.

Shock lurkeyishere

I have another friend who has befriended as many people who know her ex as possible and updates all the time thinking they'll pass on her news Hmm She's almost 50. She is obsessed granted. It's so unhealthy when she trawls their pictures looking for him and his new gf Sad

I have created lists within my friends list - family, great friends, normal friends and people I don't know very well so I can customise each post quickly. Most often my posts are just for my family to see. Not that there are many (posts that is). It doesn't stop me from getting the rubbish from anyone else though Wink

The ones who piss me off are the ones who post stuff about feeling like shite or the woe is me status. Then others ask what's wrong and then they say 'inbox me' Hmm Ok, yes I'm rather nosey haha.

One of my friends is always saying how pissed off she is/how bad things are but never mentions just what it is. She used to get people asking her what was wrong but never answered so now no-one asks.

I once text her after a particular status sounded like she was really down and she text back 'I don't want to talk about it, I wish people would stop asking me!!!' My reply? Well stop fucking plastering your status then people might stop asking, I won't be concerned about you again'. Harsh I know but can't be doing with attention seekers, which it transpires that is just what she is.
