To be wearing my new pearl necklace with my pyjamas? :)

It was my all time favourite gift ever and is so unusual and contemporary and I love it! So I have changed into pyjamas for the evening/night and am still wearing it!

I have 4 sets of real pearls.

2 ivory
1 urm kind of charcoal-y black
and this Christmas I got chocolate pearls. They are beautiful, but look a bit like rabbit poo. Well the earrings do.

Not cultured, not simulated?? The way you describe them (rabbit pooh) makes them sound "uneven" like freshwater pearls. I love freshwater pearls....... sorry getting carried away now!!

Gosh no! I never take my necklace off even for the bath, bed anything. Its to precious to take off.

Ah ah ha. I boycott the diamond movement, and I think pearls are far classier. Plus I get to keep them for if/when I have a daughter for her wedding day :) I love pearls!

I will be the PM. Maggie has nothing on me.

Why not get you pearls re-modelled if they are the granny type and too formal. I did.

And Mowiol, freshwater pearls are not all knobbly these days - things have totally changed!

I found this site the other day and been SO very happy with them - Kyrene Designs - made in UK and all.
