at "young lady". Say it again, please, please, please. I can't remember the last time anyone referred to me as young.

Today DH worked at home and I kept our (incredibly lound and shrieky) DC out of the house for most of the afternoon and out of his hair when we were at home at the same time as cooking dinner. I did the same thing yesterday, arriving home in the late afternoon only to find that he hadn't worked at home after all and hadn't told me. I even kept my cool when he stopped in the middle of DD's bedtime story and ran downstairs to answer his mobile phone.

I think I deserve a malteser or two (or a pack or two).
