I love you, Apocolypse. We often agree.

Suncottage · 25/11/2010 10:24

My Dp eats radish sandwiches. He grew several tons of the bastards in our very small greenhouse over the summer.

Radishes featured heavily in my life this year. Sad

memoo · 25/11/2010 10:24

Anyway OP, nobody knows who i am either, doesn't bother me! one of my MN FB friends didn't evn know who I was Hmm

ChickensHaveNoMercyForTurkeys · 25/11/2010 10:24

Arse, I can't spell Apocalypse. I'll call you Cheese.

cupcakesandbunting · 25/11/2010 10:24

"How can you be a 'nobody' on an anonymous internet forum"

Ask Hully.

Grin
christmasheave · 25/11/2010 10:25

You tend to see the same names crop up in different areas. The in your face threads like AIBU and _Chat have the brasher clientèle where the refined and true connoisseurs of MN hang out in less controversial areas, like Step or Lone Parenting. Grin

Hullygully · 25/11/2010 10:25

Radishes chopped finely and served with chives and a dressing. Yum.

I recognise everyone, but i fear that makes me a bit sad.

cupcakesandbunting · 25/11/2010 10:26

Why does _Chat have an underscore before it?

Is this another MN in-joke that I don't give a shit about get?

Hassled · 25/11/2010 10:27

MN would be nothing without its merry band of Wallpaper Posters (I'm a fully signed up member). Yes, the strong, feisty opinions are great, but without others to bounce those opinions off, and to represent the voice of sanity and reason, MN would be shit. If you make a joke and no-one laughs, it's a pretty crap joke. You need the laughers.

SpringHeeledJack · 25/11/2010 10:27

'I love how cupcakesandbunting has such a twee name, yet is a total cowbag'

hoh yes me too!

I think of her rather as bupcakesandcunting

Hullygully · 25/11/2010 10:28

Spring! How ya doin'?

ChickensHaveNoMercyForTurkeys · 25/11/2010 10:29

Oh, SpringHeeled! She needs to name change!

SpringHeeledJack · 25/11/2010 10:29

also I tend to like the nobodies. Some of The Old Guard are a bit like prefects, to my mind

not you, of course, Hully

There's no Mumsnet Royalty....it's a Republic. We're all equal it's just that some are more equal than others!!

ApocalypseCheese · 25/11/2010 10:29

People love me ??!!

cupcakesandbunting · 25/11/2010 10:30

My Cupcakesand bunting name was a namechange when some cuntbag accusing me of being "too cupcakes and bunting" when I suggested that chavs, yes CHAVS, ought to be barred from public parks.

An opinion that I still stand by.

Hassled · 25/11/2010 10:30

I see we've moved on to radishes.
Radishes scare me. They look innocuous enough, but they're dangerously powerful. Same with horseradish - all part of the sinister root brigade. Or are they tubors? Tubas?

ApocalypseCheese · 25/11/2010 10:30

I love you too Chickens you ave my favourite mumsnet name tucked under your eyebrows Wink
