I've just had the Christmas Special and joy of joys my colour hasn't taken so she's reapplying the colour - another one coming along in 30 minutes.

I've often wondered if they'd oblige if I just turned up and offered to pay full haircut rate for nothing but 45 minutes of head massaging :)
