Should be informed and agree if their child is going to be photographed and featured in a national newspaper?

bratnav I can understand the fear in relation to sole residency but it is fairly unrealistic no matter how much of a "unit" they are.

TBH I suspect the clue is in your earlier post about the possibility of her having lots of journalist friends.

I have a number of journalist friends and often get asked to appear in various newspaper articles - not because I either seek them out or because I am particularly interesting but because I am at home I am convenient to interview and my circumstances "fit" a lot of scenarios. Sometimes I agree because I get paid, sometimes to do a friend a favour and sometimes because I find the subject matter interesting. My point is perhaps there is nothing sinister to it.
