I can first remember seeing David Essex on TV when I was about 5 and I am now 35 21 and still think he is lush

It's not about how the character looks. It's about the personality of the character.

Don't you find that if someone (talking rl now) has an attractive personality that they look physically attractive? What someone looks like is (to me anyway) not what makes them look attractive - if that makes sense!

So for me, the character Worf looks so damned sexy because I find the character's personality so damned sexy
