How strange!

SoupDragon · 10/04/2007 17:11

Well, the scope of allergies is more far reaching and complex than many other topics.

Nbg · 10/04/2007 17:11

But for alot of families, allergies are a big thing.

mrsjohnsimnelcake · 10/04/2007 17:11

well done you for noticing and bringing it to our attetnion.
good for you

DrMarthaMcMoo · 10/04/2007 17:11

Yes, I agree - because allergies are so trivial and can't ever be life threatening, can they?

frenchconnection · 10/04/2007 17:12

soon there will be children who are allergic to air, and all the other kids in the class will be stopped from breathing air incase they harm this child

and slightly thick too perhaps?

MARGOsBeenPlayingWithMyNooNoo · 10/04/2007 17:14

You should always wear socks to match you shoes.

Never wear white socks with black shoes.

SoupDragon · 10/04/2007 17:15

Let's hope you never have a child with a life threatening allergy then, FC.

Blackduck · 10/04/2007 17:15

My ds actively likes to wear odd socks......(light and dark blue today...)

Yes life-threatening allergies, why should we put up with them. They're obviously faking it for the attention.

And obviously should pay for any discomfort to our lives.

speedymama · 10/04/2007 17:17

DH has a serious nut allergy. He was away on business in Germany two weeks ago and the meal at the hotel had nuts in but despite asking, was told that it contained no nuts. Fortunately, he had his medication and one of his colleagues had to help him to his room.

It is no laughing matter. Consequently, our 3yo have never had nut products and it will remain that way until they are tested.

mrsjohnsimnelcake · 10/04/2007 17:18

if we ignore the allergies, those kids may die in the playground and imede your child's way back to the classroom, so prob best to leave the section in, eh?

It may help somebody at some point

misdee · 10/04/2007 17:18
