Just wondering if there is a support thread for anyone giving up alcohol ??

I gave up 9 days ago and I'm finding it a bit of a lonely experience.

I drink flavoured tea all the time. Home Bargains often have Twinings in fairly cheap, they can be sweet too though!

I personally don't see the point in alcohol beers or wine ? If your serious about giving up you need not only change your routine but also your pallet for alcohol . It's too much temptation giving yourself alcohol free beverages . I'd personally recommend changing your lifestyle completely and try herbal teas , posh juices , squashed and anything that is nothing like alcohol .
