I've always found rice crispies bland and unappetising, I'd rather have cornflakes.

However, a shortage of rice is worrying! Rice can be used to make so many cheap, filling and reasonably healthy meals.

This has gone down badly in our house. It has gone from a weekly purchase to fully off the menu. A shame.

They’ve already ruined All Bran. I used to love it soaked in warm milk until it was all soft and malty. Now it’s like a bowl of dried twigs and seems to absorb no milk whatsoever.

They are rancid. My daughter who has ADHD and Autism refused to eat them. I didnt even know they had changed anything until the kick off kicked off.

There are predictions rice will go up massively in price as a cause of El Nino and not only related problems and there may be shortages as some of the very unpredictable weather is going to hit areas which export a lot of rice.
