Sainsbury's website issue, is it just me?

Is anyone else having trouble ordering from Sainsbury's? I can log in but can't book a slot or add anything to my basket. I'm getting "Something went wrong" and "Invalid request" messages, respectively, each time I try.

I've done the usual logging in and out, clearing cookies, trying a different browser. Customer service told me to just keep trying but that didn't feel very helpful.

I updated an order this morning but this was in the app.

I had similar issues a few days ago OP. I use my laptop, not my phone. I did manage to log in eventually to get a Christmas delivery slot.
Maybe try a different browser?

Sorry you had bother too 5289843DM, though it's nice to know it's not just me. I have tried both Chrome and Edge, and I switched off Malwarebytes to accept cookies and trackers and goodness knows what else, but no luck.

I didn't know the Christmas slots were out already. It's only 5 minutes since last Christmas!

I also had issues with Sainsbury's Groceries, yesterday and this morning. It just kept looping back to the log-in screen, both on laptop and on iPad. I restarted everything and that cleared it. It seems a bit of a delicate flower, and not very stable. I often have to order on one device, and then check out on another!

Do you have an old laptop? I've recently had this issue too, but only on the old laptop- works okay on the new one.

That must be really annoying for you LadyLindaT. Though it gives me hope I might get my order in at some point.

Any chance you've left a VPN on? This happens to me across all sorts of sites when I do.

No problem putting an order through last night for collection today.

This is my newish laptop IButtleSir, 5 months old. But thank you for the suggestion. Perhaps I could try to update everything on it.

Thankyou Lifejigsaw, a VPN is one of those things I keep thinking I should learn about, but I've not tried yet. Interesting that happens though, I wonder if there's a similar effect from one of my extensions.

I've just logged in and ordered fine, in the West Mids, if that's at all useful. Using Chrome.

I just placed an order on the android phone app, if you are considering getting it.

I had trouble yesterday, but just kept trying and eventualy got amendments done. Delivery due later today. I used Firefox browser.

Thank you McJibes. I've resisted the app thus far because I'm old and like big screens and proper keyboards, but if the problem persists I will try it.
