What do you eat when unwell?

Been unwell with a bad cold for a few days. Haven’t eaten much but am now hungry and unsure what to eat. What’s your sick day comfort meals?

Heinz tomato soup...no one elses and bread & butter.

Soup with a chicken and butter crustless sandwich on white batch bread. Only time I have crustless sandwiches.

When I have migraines, takeaway pizza... mainly because I can't walk properly, my balance makes getting up and down the stairs tricky, and I'm not sure that I can stay awake long enough for anything to cook, so I end up worrying about setting my house on fire!

I seem to remember that a lot of people ill with colds and things tend to eat chicken soup.
