Stop going to the gym and love your natural body. 🤷‍♀️

Going to the gym helps you live healthier for longer. Cosmetic enhancements don't do any of that.

She showed you her emergency pack? Sounds a bit try hard 🤣

Look at meee, I am professional nurse. Honest

😂 that made me laugh but it wasn’t a literal peek at it. She showed me her certifications and then showed me that she has sealed and in date Adrenaline and Hyaluronidase in case of anaphylaxis or a vascular occlusion.

I think people who are aestheticians get a bad rep because of all the people out there that do a few hours on a course and start putting needles in peoples faces but it is possible to find a professional and somebody who actually cares about their clients not looking “botched”.

It’s always going to be one of those that divides opinions. My Mum hates anything like it and tells me to “grow old gracefully” and she remembers well when Leslie Ash hit the headlines with her lips but if you do your research and you’re sensible and don’t go for somebody offering a 3ml facial package for £70, you’re probably going to get great results that boost your confidence.
