Can you wear this to Aqua Aerobics

I am keen to try aqua aerobics (I last did it years ago!). Very self conscious wearing a swim suit. Do you think one of these would be suitable?

I know a lot of leisure centres (including mine) are trying to be more flexible with their swimwear policy to be more inclusive. The policy mentions shorts/leggings and swim dresses. TIA

No idea what your pool allows it absolutely love the swimsuit style.

I'm a member at village and people wear absolutely all sorts. Young ladies wearing hardly anything at all 🫣 muslim
women wearing full leggings and dress and headscarf getting in the pool. Women in little sort of swimming dress thing, it’ll be alright

I just realized the link is different than the picture. I have seen women in the looser fit suits. I myself have tried a skirt. I hate the loose fit. It flaps around. mine was layered with a bra and bikini bottom under and one time I got so frustrated I ripped off the top layer and just wore the bikini. I have never worn a bikini in my entire life. I was at my peek weight and it was not a pretty sight but I did not care.

rash guards and swim shorts work so much better

I am a long term aqua aerobics attendee and have never seen anyone in anything as flappy as that. If first timers turn up in a two piece they will find a one piece for the next session. Depends on the class but ours has a lot of jumping.

Enjoy the class, its great for strength and your core working against the resistance of the water.

But their sport centre may have a different policy
to yours. Ask the place you plan to attend.

Thats what I was thinking.
Its too flappy for my liking. But I'd use a leg suit that I swim in.

What is there to object about?
If they allow men in baggy shorts they should allow that.

it might get a bit flappy and draggy when wet? But it's fine. No need to worry about keeping up with glamour I wouldn't have thought, my aqua aerobics class is full of mostly older women like me and they all seem gloriously unselfconscious about their bodies of all shapes and sizes, honestly there are some sights! Nobody cares, it's great. I've seen some swimsuits that are a bit more like shorty wetsuits sometimes, more coverage and more fitted?

I think I would find the lack of bust support (due to it being loose) and the movement of the fabric (again due to it being loose) quite irritating when doing aquarobics. But I don't think it would be a problem from the swimming pool's perspective.

It looks fine just check the bust support as there’s a lot of bouncing around.
