What shoes do people wear on nights out?

Are heels or sandals better

When it starts raining again I shall mostly be wearing galoshers.

Flat and comfy all the way. Fxxk teetering like a newborn calf with the drink in 🤣

Where are you going out?

A lot of women of all ages do wear trainers out these days. I can think of some cities though where a lot of women do still wear heels of an evening. Northern where I am it’s still quite a lot of heels and no coat even if it’s brassic.

I was chatting to a woman yesterday and she said when she visited Newcastle the cabbie said where are you visiting from? before they had spoken. They asked him how he knew and he said you’re wearing a coat.

I used to love my heels, I had a few LK Bennet pairs and they were very comfortable for heels. My feet don’t like them these days.

But capri pants with a heel would never be a great look, wedge sandals or ballet pumps.
