And what kind of soil do you have/whereabouts are you?
Thought it might be interesting to see which plants are surviving (or even thriving) through this hot summer without watering in case anything has died and needs replacing. My garden is parched but the things still doing well are:
Sedums
Penstemons
Scabious
Hydrangea paniculata
Salvias
Mullein
Mexican fleabane
I’m in Cornwall on crappy stony acid soil.
