Being sick everyday for 4 weeks

As the title says. Ive been sick everyday for the last 4 weeks, usually just a little. This time it was quite a bit. Not sure why I was sick as not eaten nice lunch time. I have a doctor's appointment on the 19th for something else. Do I wait till then and talk about it adding to a list of things I have to talk to them about or call 111 in the morning? I'm not pregnant. Pregnancy tests are negative so not sure why I'm being sick. Dont usually get stomach pains with the sickness and nausea but tonight I'm in a fair bit of pain right in the centre of my stomach.

The camera down my throat I had on the 20th July to check the size of my hiatus herna. The vomiting up till when I posted this thread was foamy. It then brown with brown specks. The pain now is unbearable

I'm going to ask my boyfriend ti come with me if i go in again but he's got work tonight so dont know how long he'll be able to stay for

Morning OP. I am so concerned to hear you’ve been sent home again. I would have a really long chat with your pharmacist on arrival, tell them this is all new medication and you’re concerned it may not be the correct form of treatment. Codeine for pain is fine, but not usually prescribed during flares of abdominal pain, especially with symptoms of chronic sickness.

See what your pharmacist thinks but, now is the time to have a plan B - that plan needs to be that you return to hospital with a friend or family member. If you are not referred for further testing during this visit, the person accompanying you must initiate Martha’s Rule.

more importantly, how are you mentally and emotionally? Are you managing to sleep? Do you have support day to day?

Its because I had one July 20th to check my hiatus hearna they won't do another i think

It sounds like it could be an ulcer because of the brown foamy vomit. If the pain is unbearable then another trip to hospital would be advisable. Can they miss an ulcer with the endoscopy? I’m guessing they probably can.

I don't know that if I'm honest. I guess its worth trying

Also and this is random, you had the endoscopy on the 20th July and you’ve had the vomiting for 4 weeks. That’s almost 4 weeks ago. Could the endoscopy have introduced a bacterial infection into your system? Why did you have the endoscopy in the first place, were you having symptoms of vomiting then or did it come after?

Have you been sick every day since your endoscopy 4 weeks ago? Could this be because of something that happened during the procedure?

My daughter had an ulcer recently and it was the last thing they checked at hospital. She was ill for weeks, couldn’t eat and was very nauseous. I would ask them to check, I think it’s a simple blood test. However I also think you can get the home tests in shops. It might be worth doing that and then if it’s positive you have something concrete to show the hospital and they can’t fob you off.

If there was an infection it would have shown in the blood test. I had the endoscopy because of worsen acid reflux due to a hiatus hernia. The last 4 weeks it's just been vomiting small amounts, and the last 2 3 days I started getting intense pain and the vomiting changed

I had this a few years ago and was tested for all sorts
There's a bacteria called Helipbacter Pilori which causes symptoms like you're describing. It could well be that.

Lactose intolerance?

I'd recommend going to the drop in centre and seeing what they can do. Good luck cause it is grim vomiting every day and not knowing what's wrong.

I'm on day 9 of having water poops once or twice a day. Nausea stopped on day 4, but feel rubbish. Usually very fit, active etc. I cant face eating any of my usual healthy food. Surviving off beige rubbish - like when I was pregnant (definitely am not)

They've gone bloody tests, if its something that shows up on a blood test and they tested for that it would have shown i think
