Help me tick something off my to do list - “find new period app”

Don’t ask me how but I’m right at the end of my to do list <twirls>

”find new period app” has been on there for over NINE months

i currently use Flo. I HATE it. I hate having to click through 10 adverts just to check what cycle day I’m on, I hate the constant up selling. I hate how busy the screen is. I don’t use my calendar as it’s all synced with my work calendar and the family calendar and I have a horror of repeating the “wax appt” incident of ‘23

Please help a fellow woman complete her job list and tell me what app you use if you love it?

I’m glad she’s regular. The only thing regular about mine was if it was a school day, it would seemingly start at 12 midday and class didn’t finish until 12.20 and it was usually a shitty teacher who wouldn’t let anyone go to the toilet for any reason! (Many many moons ago!) That and I usually had to go home as I had a habit of passing out from the pain!
Also, phones do have reminders you can customise, to remind you of these things!

We found that the reminders didn’t work as well on the phone , as Iv got many reminders . Also, being able to give exact dates to medical professionals of when her period started and finished was very useful .

she also suffered badly, she also passed out a few times and also caused her to vomit . Quite stressful for a 10 year old to deal with . She’s now on contraception as a lot older now and thank god it all stopped .

I use Apple health. I don’t need a tracker but I was getting random really heavy short periods and wondered if there was a pattern. As far as I know they don’t share data unless you allow it.

@DappledThings you may not have seen my edit before you posted. I quoted you by accident. Apologies

I use Apple Health, and have an Apple Watch that I wear for temperature tracking which also improves the ovulation data.

I use stardust. It’s brilliant.

I track mine for endometriosis symptom management and predicting when gynae scans may be an issue due to massive blood clots.

Edited to add: I was asked to track by medical people....

I use Apple & Garmin :)

I've used Clue for a few years now. I have the basic version and never paid for it and it does everything I've needed.

StuntNun · 08/06/2026 09:57

I’ve used P Tracker Lite since 2013 and never felt the need to try a different app or use the paid for version.

HeathenPlayingHouse · 08/06/2026 11:11

I’ve used P Tracker for about 15 years now, and I would definitely recommend.

I used it to keep details regarding PCOS (can’t remember the new acronym) and infertility treatments.

The social side was also very supportive, but unfortunately that is ending next week.

I use Garmin too. In response to those who ask why would anyone want to track, I use it to make sure I don't book an active/beach holiday when I'm due on!
