Date turned up wearing double denim and a cravat. It was 30 + years ago, but that was never an acceptable clothing combination 😂
Same date asking for a drink which would only be known colloquially in a particular area of the country. Trying to make the bar staff look stupid when they didn’t know what he was asking for, just made him look like a complete prick. It was definitely first date, last date for me!

I’ve been with DH since we were very young so often can’t contribute to these threads. But then I just remembered one of my teenage boyfriends… my mum loathed him. He used to go to my house and order this takeaway that was doner meat, chips and hot sauce wrapped up in 3 naan bread. It was enormous and he never shared a bite and stank of raw onion after. He also once got angry so spat in my mouth. Thankfully that was a bit much for his mate who decked him across the face… I didn’t even know the mate very well but felt quite chuffed with him.
