In the US, there is a clear problem with the police killing black people disproportionately. Keith Floyd was only one example of many. The killing of Breonna Taylor was particularly egregious. You're clearly trying to score points here about the Henry Nowak case by conflating the two, when the context is so vastly different. Why is that?
I think we can all agree that the police officers in the Nowak case got it very badly wrong. But if you can't see that Farage and his ilk are using this as a way to throw petrol on the fire, you've been played.
