What food blender should I get?

I’ve been looking online and IRL at various food blenders and can’t decide. Basically I’d like one for smoothies, sauces and soup.

i have a nutibullet but it’s very awkward to use as the force needed to push down the jug now it’s older (it’s had a lot of use), and the stick blender for soup is on its way out.

I don’t really want a soup maker type, haven’t got a lot of room. Also, glass jug blenders seem heavy esp if you add the actual liquid.

Money isn’t a massive factor - up to £300 is fine.

@70isaLimitNotaTarget it is nifty. The only annoyance for me is that I don't think the lid of the chopper attachment can go through the dishwasher/be immersed in water. I'm never quite sure how to clean it properly.
The size of the Ninja means that I actually use it. I used to have a Kenwood food mixer and after a while I just avoided using it because it was so big it felt like too much effort to get it out of the cupboard. I sold the Kenwood so that I could justify buying the Ninja.

I have a Kenwood too but it can't touch the Ninja's blending power.

I took a massive leap of faith and bought a Bamix stick blender .
I thought about the Ninja 3-in-1 but I didn't need the other bits , I recycled a hand held mixer when I bought a stand mixer . Hand held was quite heavy .
The stand mixer (small Kenwood) sits on a worktop. If I put it away it would never be used .

So . Bamix . Saw lots of demos over the years . The standard one with no extras like beaker/measuring jug /small grinder .
Got a 20% off Lakeland voucher .

I might buy a grinder add on if I need it later .

My recommendation is a bit random
but I love the Beba Babycook for blending. Honestly we’ve had it for many years and have never once used it to steam cook food for babies ( but of course that’s one of the functions.
it’s small, nifty, easy to store and operate. Doesn’t take up much room, never leaks and blends everything from breadcrumbs, to cocktails to soup.
fab wee machine
