Following Katie Price’s engagement posts. She’s just split from JJ slater - now she’s engaged to some Dubai businessmen. At first I thought the posts were AI , but upon further inspection ( see : time wasting ) he is a real person with a Facebook account that has been active for some time, as is his mothers it seems - so he is real.

But , surely this is some kind of publicity stunt ? I have always liked her but it just seems a bit ridiculous at 47 years of age if it is ?

I don’t see Katie as vulnerable or a victim. In every (self-posted and self-edited) video clip I’ve ever seen of her, it is quite clear that she sees herself as totally in charge of her own life and that she does exactly what she likes and no one can tell her what to do. She has (somewhat) successfully branded Peter Andre as controlling when he (not unreasonably) objected to her flashing her groin at their driver on safari.

I think I first heard about that on R4 or the World Service, it's so depraved on the part of the men and so horrendous for the women, I burst into tears. It is a known thing. I won't type the phrase it's known as. The documentary I was listening to was trying to find women that disappeared, but I was never expecting to hear something so awful- I posted about it on the feminism board because I was so sad for those women, and wondering how on earth we got here. (apologies for a slight derail, all that to say, is sadly, yes it is possible that's what KP has come to)

She's not trying to get back at the press, she sells them these stories, she makes a lot of her income from back grid, she's paid by them, it's in the bankruptcy paperwork

Katie Price reminds me of my DP’s ex-wife, she has a diagnosis of BPD. Her entire life is chaotic, constant drama (totally self-inflicted) and she is an incredibly manipulative and abusive individual. We have full custody of DPs two children as a result.

There are some very dodgy looking photographs. To me, they either look AI generated or photoshopped where he looks 'inserted': The lighting doesn't ring true on some as well as looking as if taken by a different camera lens.

One has him receiving what looks like a golden/silver lion award, a prestigious award given at the Venice Film Festival to people in the Film Industry.

The word 'penniless' seems to have different meanings, depending on one's need for publicity, it's a bit like the woman who did the Iceland adverts, she also claimed to be 'bankrupt' but she seemed to be enjoying her 'bankruptcy'. in comfort.

hasbeen glamour girls and influencers (and ex Love Island stars) are desperate for easy money so Dubai is where they go. Men will pay for whatever kink they have if there are willing women so desperate for money they'll oblige even if it means having a man shit on you.

There is a really seedy underside to Dubai in which absolutely anything goes with the sex workers, many of whom are impoverished Africans looking for a better life will end up having unspeakable things forced upon them.

If KP is mixed up in that, well she is in a really bad place.

I think she’s a fame hungry publicity whore who just wants to be in the media. I don’t think she ever does anything she doesn't want to. She never puts her children first and is a danger to the animals she has.

The heart breaking story last year of Maria Kovalchuk, 21 year old Ukrainian Only Fans model who went to Dubai (probably for sex work), and was physically tortured: She was scalped and had her limbs and back broken. It is a miracle she survived at all. There are some sick people in the world and it sounds like a lot of them are in Dubai.

Her new man has a degree from cambridge hes not stupid and doesnt need the publicity, he has been married twice before , i use to love KP but considering shes only recently regained her 2 youngest children i think its disgusting shes now dating someone who lives abroad, im also annoyed with her family who should talk some sense into her....i also think her daughter Princesz being stunning has triggered her insecurities of not getting old and fat as she is now thinner than her daughter, i think he will leave her after a few dramas he may be using her for publicity but hes not stupid

I had heard about it on the BBC World Serivce, Death in Dubai I think...the poor lady was Ugandan...that's really disturbing about that poor Ukrainian girl though.

Do you not think her family have tried? I would be very surprised if they haven’t but if she didn’t listen when SS said you won’t have custody of your child if you don’t change then I don’t think she will listen to anyone.

She's not a popular OF creator. Plus she has 40% of her income garnished at source. OF is not a big money earner for her.

She’s not skint as in she has to use food banks. But when you think she probably earned around 10mil over the course of her career it’s not great is it.

Exactly. She's a grown woman with choices in life. Lots of people have traumatic childhoods you can't go through life using that as an excuse for your behaviour as some people here seem to be doing.
"Mentally unwell" can cover a whole range of issues. Personally I think she has Borderline Personality Disorder, addiction issues and some form of body dysmorphia. Regardless she's at a huge risk of losing her life, either after yet another cosmetic procedure eg infection risk, her body is so weak looking this is very likely, she's so malnourished her organs will soon be at risk of giving up, especially her heart. Or accidentally.

The new guy is either an AI persona (check his instagram account) or a scammer and a fantasist - AI generated images, his business isn't registered anywhere and he even calls himself a Dr Lee Andrews. It's a total joke.

Katy Price was diagnosed with severe ADHD in 2023 apparently.

Peter Andre has just released a single and there's speculation in the gutter press that KP has timed her engagement to coincide with that. This is her 9th engagement.

I feel bad for her, something went very wrong somewhere and her life has just spiralled. I'm not sure if anyone could help her at this point.
