Going to Rome, other than screaming in the Sistine Chapel, what non-touristy things should I do?

As the title says. Will be doing all the touristy things but does anyone have any recommendations of different things - places to eat etc.

Eat at Pizza In Trevi, just next to the fountain. You’d think it would be a tourist trap, but it really isn’t.

Go and see the Caravaggios that are just hanging in churches. Google will tell you which churches, they’re amazing.

Eat deep fried artichokes in the Jewish Quarter.

Go to see lovely Alan at Vincellii Silk and buy some silk scarves.

Keats House is a must. Have a little sit on the tiny terrace. Very special.

I love Rome. It’s probably my favourite city.

We ate at the Pizza Inn the first time we went to Rome many years ago and returned in 2016. We told them that we’d been there before and they just produced a multitude of various dishes for us. There were 5 of us and I thought this was going to be expensive, but it wasn’t.
