Best heated throw?

I have started working from home and I’m a proper coldy living in a cold part of the UK. I’m also strapped for cash so don’t want to waste any money on a rubbish product or on heating!
can anyone recommend heated throw? The reviews are all a mixed bag. Thanks!

Another vote for Dreamland. We have 2. One had to be replaced after constant use for 18 months, which we happily did. We also bought for some elderly relatives. They are incredibly cheap to run and we didn’t need heating most of the time except for drying laundry. We got the Relaxwell by Dreamland Luxury Velvety Heated Throw.

Thank you all so much! I decided to go for dreamland. I decided against the fur one because a lot of reviews mentioned shedding even though they look beautiful. I didn’t look at the higher priced fur ones because I didn’t want to spend that much money but wow they are stunning.
I was tempted by the 15% off from VERY (which ends tomorrow) but as a new customer I got 10% off from dreamland anyway which worked out about £2 difference and I would get the 2 year warranty with dreamland which was was a bit of a deal breaker for me.
I would also consider a heated hoodie that someone mentioned! But it seems to be my legs that get really cold so I’ll see how I do with this first. The heat pads look fabulous though which would also be great particularly if you get neck and shoulder pain. I really hope the one I chose is good. Reviews seem to be good except that the detachable cord is very hard to detach. I probably won’t be detaching it though! The other one that looked good was the Argos one for £50 that was mentioned. It looked very thick and luxurious but I think the 2 year warranty was a deal breaker for me.

I’ve had mine a year and it’s stopped working on the lower settings annoyingly!

They have a 3 year warranty so do tell them

I live under my heated throw, I use them everyday throughout the year and Dreamland are the best, I rarely use my heating or fire, I just heat myself instead of the whole house.
We've bought cheaper ones in the past but they don't last as long.

We've got 4 of the fur ones and I've never noticed shedding, I've recently bought two spares to put away because they were down to £50 which is the cheapest I've ever seen them.

If they ever break and it's outside the warranty is worth buying a new control panel, they're about £25, I've had a few over the years and it's always fixed the problem.

How are you liking your heated throw?

Someone gave us a Dreamcatcher throw. It was fine for a year, then the control didn’t work. We replaced it and exactly the same thing happened again. Checked the fuse in the plug, and the connections, but no good.

I do think it’s like anaesthetic, as that heat rises I get sleepier, it’s actual magic
