Who's your rock/indie band crush?

I've read threads on here about celebrity crushes and they're always the same, usually Harry Styles, Chris Hemsworth and the like. All of mine over the years, since I was like 10, have been a lot less well-known/obscure- nearly always members of rock or indie bands. Mine is currently another band member, band are from the NW. Who are yours? ☺️

Oh yes, saw them many times late 70s. He seemed like a nice bloke too. I saw him fiddling with his motorbike outside the Nashville, I seem to remember him being nicknamed Harley John

Jarvis Cocker is always my number 1 but Brett Anderson is a close second. The charisma they both have is incredible

I'm not sure anyone would describe J-J Burnell as a nice bloke! He was notoriously aggressive back in the day particularly towards female journalists.

Robert Smith was gorgeous in the early 1980s, but he looks dreadful now, such a shame! Brandon Flowers, also gorgeous at one point, but has overdone the Botox and veneers now. John Taylor still looks pretty great though in a craggy sort of way.

As a teen Axl Rose but he's not quite to my taste now. Recently found out my very first boyfriend (we were 15) is now the lead guitarist of a glam rock band that is rather big/known in my home country, he looks quite hot in all that eyeliner, tattoos and tight leather 😳 does that count a a crush?

My best friend had a massive crush on a member of a successful Britpop band. Who would have known that he would have a child who would be in the same class as my oldest. I had always quite liked him, but not once I got to know him - he is so miserable. However, our DCs were friends and would invite each other to parties. She used to travel from South Wales to London every year for Dc1s birthday (never for my younger kids!) and would often happen to come on the weekends of our school summer fair. Eventually she realised that the real man and her fantasy version were very different. I still see him and his wife about and he’s still a miserable sod!
