If you had became a parent at the same age your mother would have been when she had you , how old would you have been?

My Mum was 30 when she had me. I was 30 when I had my daughter - she is now 30 and has just given birth to her daughter this year.

I have a 4 year old DS. When my DM was the same age I am now, I was in my 30’s. There can’t be many with a bigger differential than that.

37 (I was second of three) and I had my first at 41. Her mother had her at age 39 or 40 back in 1925 (6 older in and one younger). No birth control back then they just kept getting pregnant until menopause I guess.

My DM was 28 having me. I was 29 having my first. My three are all over 28 and there are no signs of grandchildren yet thank god

@Whatnowitsdday indeed they have, but they're harmless enough threads and sometimes quite interesting. I don't mind them.

I think the answer is 26, if the question is ‘How old was your mother when you were born?’. Or it might not be. 25 or 26 depending on when her birthday is. Fuck it, I’m going with 26.

My mum was 22 when she had me. When I was 22, there was no way on earth I was thinking about kids at all. But then my mum was married at 19 and was from a JW background, so there is that.

My mom had me at 27. I had my first dd at 31. If I had her at 27 I would probably have had four dc instead of three. My mom had six dc which I felt wasn’t enough. My cousins came from families of eight and nine.
