What is it like not to worry about everything ?

What's it like to not always expect the worst ? Not to over think everything? To just go with things. Id love to know.

I just think, ‘Well, what’s the worst that could happen?’ And that could range from:

• Everyone I love dies in a bus inferno (really? How likely is that?)
• Everyone sees my pants (that did actually happen when I tripped and fell over in front of a packed stationary bus!)
• People laugh at me (well, so what? That’s mean of them and at least it’s 5 minutes they’re not laughing at someone else). Mean people gonna mean. There’s a ‘fashion person’ on Instagram, Caroline Cazzana. She’s not ‘classically’ beautiful but she’s funny and sparky and fearless, and she wears whatever the hell she wants. I think she’s stunning. Some of the comments she receives are absolutely hateful, but she gives no fucks - and she’s right. As I’ve got older, the one thing I’ve learned is that nobody is paying you half as much attention as you think they are. They’re too worried about themselves and their own concerns. I have a friend who spends TWO HOURS doing her hair for a night out. The difference between ‘night out hair’ and ‘everyday hair’ is marginal at best, but she worries what people will think. The reality is that nobody notices. Live your life - you’ve only got one. Why do you want to spend it worrying?
