In my home country (UK):

  • North: Dundee
  • South: Land's End
  • East: Great Yarmouth
  • West: Giants Causeway

In the world:

  • North: Gullfoss waterfall, Iceland
  • South: Johannesburg, South Africa
  • East: Las Vegas airport, USA
  • West: Shanghai, China

Just remembered I spent a day in Austin, Texas. But I prefer my westernmost destination to be in the Amazon, which is probably why I forgot Texas 🤠

You really went all the way to Twatt (there's nothing there, just a few private houses) but then didn't bother to go a few miles further north to see the tourist sites like the Brough of Birsay (a tidal island with the remains of a Viking settlement) or the Earl's Palace (HS site) or the Boardhouse Mill (historical working mill)?
