I get this, suddenly thinking of an actor and can't remember the name!

A useful website is IMDB (international movie database). It covers TV too. If you can think of the name of a show you've seen her in, or another actor you know she's appeared with, then just search by that and there will be a cast list for that show, then you can work it out from that.
