What has prompted you to try and remember her out of interest?

Came here to suggest this (after googling to find out her name! Can't believe I've seen her in so many things and never knew her name)

I get this, suddenly thinking of an actor and can't remember the name!

A useful website is IMDB (international movie database). It covers TV too. If you can think of the name of a show you've seen her in, or another actor you know she's appeared with, then just search by that and there will be a cast list for that show, then you can work it out from that.
