Anyone got a hand hold waiting for SHOUT

Is anyone around to just say hi.
I'm waiting to talk to the SHOUT mental health text line but I've been on hold nearly an hour
I'm really struggling.
I have dissociative identity disorder (brought on by childhood trauma) and have just been in contact with my mum and lots of my alters are triggered and I think some are suicidal. Although I'm not as I know I have to stay alive else my children have to live with my abusive ex.
Just need someone to tell me that I do need to hang on in here.

The Samaritans have an online chat function. The wait is currently 10 minutes to speak to someone, so hopefully it would be quicker than SHOUT.

You can also write them an email and they’ll write you back.

Just checking in to say I hope you've had some help today and didn't have too stressful a time at A&E

Thank you so much for all your kind messages I will take all the links and app suggestions for when I'm feeling better.
I ended up in A and E after going missing and the police found me. But I now under the crisis team and will be put on antipsychotics so hopefully things will get easier now.
