Is anyone around to just say hi.
I'm waiting to talk to the SHOUT mental health text line but I've been on hold nearly an hour
I'm really struggling.
I have dissociative identity disorder (brought on by childhood trauma) and have just been in contact with my mum and lots of my alters are triggered and I think some are suicidal. Although I'm not as I know I have to stay alive else my children have to live with my abusive ex.
Just need someone to tell me that I do need to hang on in here.

What a good idea to paint the face by numbers you were working on then because it means you are focussing on a face and the person inside even if they are anonymous to you.

I had no idea there were so many special paint by numbers to get. Here is the Mona Lisa for example.

Thank you I think that is what I need spiderlight but my head doesn't understand all the instructions as it needs an app but when I am better I will make sure o sort it out in case I need I need it in the future.

Op when you’re feeling better there are paint by numbers apps for your phone that might be a good distraction for you.
I use happy colour when my brain is in overdrive and it really helps to settle things down.
im glad shout have replied eventually. I hope you get some help from them.
