Do you think she will ever forgive or not?

Meghan is responsible for her own actions. People loved her until she exposed her resentful and quite frankly weird mindset.

menopausalmare · 30/08/2025 13:22

I was really happy for her when she married Harry. I thought she'd be a breath of fresh air. How wrong can you be ......

susiedaisy1912 · 30/08/2025 13:22

Who gives a shit. I won’t ever forgive her for ridiculing the queen with that ridiculous courtesy

I'm not a big fan of the royals and haven't watched a royal wedding since Fergie. I was a bit dismayed at the lavish cost of their nuptials that the taxpayers footed the bill, and the whole thing about their "cottage" reno. But despite myself I was more of a fan of a new generation of royals who seemed a bit more pleasant than the horrors of their parents' generation. If they'd just got on with it and not bloated on about their gilded life I wouldn't have cared. As it is, post Megxit they have made themselves ridiculous and hate figures.

Mind you she is so far into it now its starting to look like parody. Its become more entertaining but not in the way she clearly hoped.

It will not end well.

Rubyupbeat · 30/08/2025 13:35

She was treated well, even me as an anti royalist though how lovely to have a person of colour in the family.

lifeontheroundabout · 30/08/2025 13:39

The best thing I've noticed lately is that there is so little in the news about h&h.
Must be nice to make money every time you complain to the press that you've been "mistreated" , and that was how long ago? 5 years nearly 6?
Surely those two have moved on and beyond by now?

Pabbel · 30/08/2025 13:41

Should be rephrased " will the British people forgive MM "

Bonjamin · 30/08/2025 13:42

Don’t look at me, I’m pretty sure I contributed to the whip-round for her wedding present.

LindorDoubleChoc · 30/08/2025 13:45

Can you remind me about how the British people treated her? What things are you thinking of?

Tablesandchairs23 · 30/08/2025 13:47

We don't care.

Cloanie · 30/08/2025 13:47

Hmm. If it’s chiefly to her advantage to play the victim she won’t forgive .

if it’s chiefly to her advantage to play the all forgiving martyr, yes she’ll forgive.

arcticpandas · 30/08/2025 13:49

You shouldn't be starting threads about her @kmo0416 . She wants PRIVACY!

flapjackfairy · 30/08/2025 13:52

sorry what did we do to her exactly ?
I must have missed it !

Wishimaywishimight · 30/08/2025 13:53

One can only hope and pray 🤣

theunbreakablecleopatrajones · 30/08/2025 13:55

Eh?

DipsyDee · 30/08/2025 13:56

One sentence “catastrophic New York car chase”

CrispsinaBowl · 30/08/2025 13:57

I never even realised she was 'a person of colour' till it was mentioned - over and over and over again

Neither did I but nobody ever believes me.

MyAutumnalCrow · 30/08/2025 13:59

My thoughts and prayers are with the British people

MyDeftHedgehog · 30/08/2025 14:00

Harry changed from being the jokey "one of the lads" happy go lucky type to a miserable whiny self entitled whinger when Meghan came on the scene. He wrote his book "Spare" as if he had been robbed of the Crown. He hasn't, he will never be King, and imho he should be embracing his freedom to live as he wishes, unlike William, whose entire life was mapped out before the umbilical cord was even cut.

Pastit12 · 30/08/2025 14:00

They treated her a lot better than she treated them.

Dabralor · 30/08/2025 14:02

She’s well within her rights not to. However, when you say ‘British people’ I think you need to clarify that you mean ‘wildly bored and unhinged internet cranks with nothing better to do’. Because most of Britain stopped caring years ago. Literally, years ago.

pilates · 30/08/2025 14:02

Op, care to elaborate or is this a windup?

indigopoodle · 30/08/2025 14:06

She wasn’t actually treated badly, she was treated the same as a thousand different female celebrities in this country. They are all ripped to pieces whether they gain weight, lose weight, get divorced, make some kind of “controversial decision” etc etc
The problem was Meghan didn’t like our country, she didn’t like the royals, she made the whole thing into a massive drama and she does not deserve any pitty. They got what they wanted and they’re very rich!!

Screamingabdabz · 30/08/2025 14:10

We all welcomed her with open arms. She was the one who went mardy when she realised what a gilded cage royalty actually is.

I thought she was going to be an amazing asset for the British Monarchy. Turns out she was just a boring ol’ narcisstic goldigger. Now we are stuck with her sniping and being a total embarrassment from across the pond. Shame.

Rewis · 30/08/2025 14:12

Was she treated badly by British public?
