Bhutan - we went there on our honeymoon, it'd certainly be a year away from it all, and it is utterly stunning
Germany - because I'm fond of it and would like to explore it more, plus it wouldn't be as hot as Southern Europe
South Africa - because you can have a really good quality of life there, and it's a bit familiar through DH's family and holidays, also beautiful and great food
Maybe Denmark after a friend's experience of moving to Copenhagen.
