What can I do?

So to continue getting my universal credit I need to tell my work coach what I can do - Not what I can't do. I can't work in Retail, I can't do cleaning jobs, I can't work with the Elderly, I can't work with Animals, I can't work in cafes, I can't work in a place telephoning customers, I can't do a driving job, I can't do anything to do with Outdoors Gardens etc, I can't wash dishes/work in a kitchen do cooking jobs, I can't work in a warehouse, I can't work in an office at a computer etc .... All reasons due to either physical or Mental Health. I'm stuck I can not think of anything genuinely. My work coach wants a list of what I can do for my next appt or i could lose my universal credit. She does not care at all what I can't do. Any ideas appreciated.

I said I wasn't going to come back but I kept on reading and some posters have gave really helpful replies and I'm actually glad I posted as I've found this helpful and I've learnt a lot. A poster asked why I can't work on a check out at Asda or Tesco or at M+S not everyone can do retail work and it just actually confirms how significant and major my problems are regarding communication and engaging with people face to face. I worked for 10 years in Housekeeping I liked it I could not do that now though. Not everyone Is suited to working in a care home, not everyone is suited to office environment/ call centre work/computer based work etc. I am on medication and I have had cbt in the past which did not help. A poster said do I really want to work or do I just want a list I wouldn't of asked for ideas on here then as making a list to give to my work coach she will then look at what I say I can do, and I was very stuck thinking about it. I do not have any skills or qualifications. I have a severe skin condition that affects me. I've had a flare up for 2 months now even told by doctors and Dermatology my face was bad, that has a massive effect on how someone feels about themself. I think I've had good replies and also noted and other posters have commented too that I have had a bashing on here so I'll just thank the good posters on here for your replies I've had a lot of replies and ideas so Thankyou and will leave it there.

@Dreamer2027 I totally understand bout the skin. I have psoriasis and when it first emerged it was on my scalp and face and it was pustular so I totally get that. Also if you are anything like me stress makes it worse.

You mentioned you worked in housekeeping, could you sort of side step into a supervisor position?

You mention your lack of qualifications, get some advice on what qualifications you can get. Basic English and maths through to GCSE / level 2 are usually free.

You do have skills, you might not realise it but you do. I bet you know which cleaning chemicals not to mix and COSHH regulations. Those are skills.

Can you craft? I am wondering if you can make things to sell online, or maybe write short stories for publications. Both are socially isolated activities that can be done in the comfort of your own home.
