What would you rather have, a belly or a wrinkly neck?

Bizarre question, I know but I'm stuck between the 2.
Have a mum tum that only goes away at xyz weight, but when I reach Xyz weight my neck gets wrinkly.

I can gain again and the neck fill out but so will my mum tum and non of my jeans will fit nicely.

Or is there anything (non surgical) I can do about the neck?

Do some platysma stretches

I’ve been told a bit of filler at the side top of jaw will pull some of the wrinkly neck out

It’s not that good- it would have to be mighty strong filler to be able to do that!

I've got both and far worse than yours. Cba to give a shite about them.

Gettingbysomehow · 26/07/2025 14:26

I've lost the belly but I have a wrinkly neck. I'm going to get a neck and face lift in Lithuania next year. I will get rid of both if it kills me.

I have both 😐

Me too - and some other things as well.

I have both! I'm working on the belly by trying to lose the last 3.5 stone (have lost 7 stone so far). As for the wrinkly neck,I've resigned myself to it. Not much I can do unless I'm prepared to pay thousands for cosmetic surgery!

That Prai cream is absolute rubbish -don't waste your money
Keep very well hydrated , use massage either gua sha or a little thingy you can buy off amazon
Marula or rosehip oil
Facial exercises
Keep your weight stable
Sunscreen

Step 2 feet away from the mirror-thats what people see

Completely agree- Prai cream is expensive and overrated. Just use Nivea or similar. I’ve got the little thingy off Amazon, and I’m quite impressed with it.

What little thing off Amazon? Have I missed something that works?
