Stupid accident today- tell me about your to make me feel better!

I was out today with the family for a day out to an aquarium then lunch.
Just before we got there i managed to fall due to uneven pavement.
My ankle turned and I feel like I've hopefully only badly sprained it.
I also managed to fall onto one knee and my chest.
I didn't even manage to put my hands down.
Now my ribs hurt and my ankle has doubled in size.
I hobbled round the aquarium and lunch.
But I feel so embarrassed I literally went splat on the pavement!!
What stupid accidents have you had?

I walked into a lamppost saying good bye to a playwright I know. I kind of hope she'll include it in something one day.

My “best” fall, I was with the DD, then aged around 10. We were walking home from school and she asked what being drunk was. I explained, and decided to show her how drunk people stumble around… except I then overbalanced and fell into a hedge! The kids still bring it up a decade later!
