I was watching an old film and two characters were Sherry and Brandy. I did grow up with girls having this name but have not heard of it for years.
it is like the names Joy and Joyce very popular in the 60s which is when I was named Joy.
Is there any names you have not heard of for years?

My 1960s-1970s compatriots are Gary, Neil, Joanne, Paul, Vicki, Grant, Tracy, Colin, Moira, Debbie, Rachel, Rebecca, Alison, Fiona, Karen, Frances, Simon, Darren, Adrian, Jeremy, Guy, Melanie.

As a teacher, I can't remember the last time I taught anyone with these names other than a Paul in around 2001, and he was actually of Indian heritage.
