Is there a type of healthy yogurt that’s not like yogurt?

I’ve never liked yogurt, the taste or the way it coats your mouth. But I’m trying to lose weight and on researching healthy snacks pretty much everything I’ve read recommends yogurt, or greek yogurt at least! Is greek yogurt like ordinary yogurt or is it different?

Why try to eat yoghurt if you don’t like it? It doesn’t make you lose weight. Eat something different you do like!

Speaking for myself, because it's a healthier food choice and I want to like it

Because a lot of other things that are a good healthy snack I can’t eat or really don’t like, like nuts (I’m allergic), veggie sticks and hummus (I absolutely detest raw carrot, celery is vile and so is hummus), eggs that are in any form other than omelette or cake (I don’t understand how people can eat things like boiled eggs 🤢). I love fruit but there’s only so much of it I can eat, and a lot of it that I used to love as a kid now gives me an itchy mouth.

I want to like yogurt because it’s a healthy food that I can eat instead of things like ice cream, cereal, cake and custard, strawberries and cream etc.

If you load it up with fruit, granola, nuts, honey, jam etc then you may as well eat a slice of cheesecake or a bowl of ice cream.
